Hugs

Hugs are special.

My baby gives me hugs all the time. She is cuddly and sweet and messy and loving. She sometimes comes up and hugs me from behind and loves to snuggle. She is a great little girl.

My older children also give me hugs although it is more often me initiating the hug with them. They don't yet reject my hugs which I appreciate, and at bedtime they will often snuggle into me as we read books.

I think my children's spontaneous hugs is what I will miss most about them growing up, so I am trying to take as many now as they will give me.
