Do Dear Seller Letters Work?

In many cities in Canada, the residential real estate market remains extremely competitive with prospective buyers many times engaging in bidding wars to buy the property they want.
But, besides cash, what other tools do buyers have at their disposal to influence a seller’s decision in their favor?
Many people who work in real estate, and indeed many buyers in the past, will say that writing a personal, moving letter to the seller is one tactic that can work.
