Gluten-free...a decade ago very tough to find any kind of food...nowadays there are a variety of gluten-free choices in most food groups, including all types of pasta.
A colleague of mine has been gluten free for a week now. Her skin has cleared up, she feels less bloated, and she feels more energetic. She made a delicious vegetable and gluten-free pasta soup for lunch today that three of us enjoyed. She is gluten-sensitive as opposed to gluten-intolerant.
Many diets are based on reducing or eliminating white stuff...pasta, rice, potatoes, french fries, bread. Query whether it is the gluten in some of those foods that is the problem?
