Every morning I start my day considering all the things for which I am so grateful.
Today I had the pleasure of breakfast with a girlfriend I only see about three times a year because she is so busy. She and I learned today that each of us wakes up every morning and consciously thinks about what we are grateful for. She meditates for five minutes and thinks about these things. I in contrast lay in bed lazily for a moment or two and thank my lucky stars for all the great things in my life.
It ensures that my day starts on such a positive note and puts things into such perspective. I highly recommend it.
