Typically about half of all Canadians set some sort of resolutions for the New Year. Many of these resolutions center around general health, weight loss, fitness levels and personal improvement although some people set larger goals like wanting to get married, change jobs, go back to school, or travel.
Whatever your goal, it is clear that if you truly want to accomplish it, you need to first write it down and second break it out into manageable steps to be accomplished. That way you have created a road map for success. This doesn't guarantee that you will keep your resolutions, but it certainly ups the odds.
