Breathe...slow down...live in the moment. Yesterday my youngest son put his head on my lap and intertwined his fingers with mine and said "mommy, I am a little tired". I breathed in, slowed down and lived in that moment. Hopefully when he is 15 and hating me, I can come back to that moment.
