Girl Time
Girl time is great.
I had breakfast this morning with two gals whom I really like and it energized my entire day. The ideas we discussed and the plans we made together were positive and exciting. One of the gals commented that she had not been out to breakfast for over a year, which made me realize how fortunate women are for every moment of time they can carve out for themselves to spend with friends.
One of my two best girlfriends lives in Germany so I do not see her as much as I would like. She is coming to Toronto in 16 sleeps (as my children would say) and I cannot wait to see her and spend as much time as possible with her for the five days she is here. Being with her invigorates me and gives me positive energy that I then bring to the other aspects of my life. My other best girlfriend will join us over those five days. So exciting...
