Coconut cream pie
My nephew is a chef.
At 17 years of age, he is capable of baking pretty much any dessert you might want. He makes his cakes from scratch and people pay him for them whereas I pretty much have to pay people to try my Betty Crocker cakes. Yesterday he made brownies, cream puffs, cupcakes, pecan pie and most importantly coconut cream pie. I tried a taste of everything else and had a big piece of coconut cream pie. It was delicious.
His homemade desserts are one of the great pleasures of family dinners.
