My kids love sugary breakfast cereals.
Their typical breakfast starts with Frosted Flakes, Honey Nut Cheerios or Shreddies with brown sugar, followed by scrambed eggs with cheese, orange juice and a banana. I ponder whether eating sugary cereals will carry any long term effects for them. My folks only let me and my brother eat them on vacation whereas oatmeal, Raisin Bran or regular Cheerios was for every day.
My husband still loves Froot Loops...so perhaps the only effect for them will be a lifelong love of sugary cereals.
