Vegi Patch
My children are creating a vegetable and flower patch.
They are planting beans, carrots, asparagus, raspberries, tomatoes, sunflowers, and pumpkins. I am hoping that growing vegis will result in them starting to eat those same vegis along with other vegis. They have thoroughly enjoyed themselves thus far, planting beans, tomatoes and some flowers in plastic pails so they can be transferred into the ground tonight.
We think we have built a raccoon and squirrel proof fence (fingers crossed) that will keep the critters from eating all of the kids' plantings. I am looking forward to seeing things grow.
