Dental Surprise
Many people dread the dentist.
I went yesterday morning for the first time in a few years. I decided to try a new dentist in my new neighbourhood for convenience. It took me all of two minutes to drive to the dentist for my 8:30 appointment, and I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and asked to fill out a history form. Soon thereafter I met Dr. Allan Atkins. He was friendly and engaging. He regaled me with stories as he checked my teeth. He was down to earth and funny. He asked me to call him Allan. I left an hour later surprised and delighted that I had met him. I even booked a follow up appointment for next week.
Thank you, Dr. Allan, for making what is generally an unpleasant situation enjoyable.
