Dolls
My baby loves to mother her dolls.
This weekend, we added to her family of babies a Cabbage Patch kid from Value Village. She loves her. She takes her socks off, takes her one shoe off, puts new shoes on her, lays her down, tells her not to roll off the step, puts blankets on her, and basically does a lot of mommy-like things with her. It is sweet to watch.
I remember my Cabbage Patch doll as a kid. I suspect I was less gentle and kind than my daughter.
