Morning Jog

It has been a decade without jogging, since I became pregnant with my first children.
I have been lamenting my lack of endurance when I play basketball, so this morning I decided to go for a walk/jog. I alternated between walking and jogging for the first seven minutes then jogged for ten full minutes...completely downhill. The remaining 43 minutes I was content to walk. Remarkably the jogging felt pretty good.
We'll see if that feeling lasts through to tomorrow.
