Heavenly Hugs
Hugs are heavenly.
My baby daughter gives great hugs. She leans up, leans in, wraps her arms around me and smiles. She generally says "you missed me." Time stops for those few moments in time. Stress is completely eliminated and I live in that moment.
People give advice to never pull away from a child giving you a hug because you don't know how long they need the hug. Pull away? Why would I want to pull away? Every adult I know needs such a hug.
Hugs create happiness.
