Spring is in the Air
February has been a turbulent month. From a record breaking high of 16 degrees on the 3rd to a record breaking low of -26 on the 13th, it has been weather's wild ride.
Yesterday I took three of my children to the park. All of the snow was melting into large puddles in the field. They had fun and got soaked. It was warm enough to feel that "becoming warm with still a bit of chill" breeze and it was starting to smell like spring.
It is still winter so inevitably there will be many cold days before spring takes hold. Nonetheless, yesterday was a nice shot in the arm and a reminder that consistently warmer weather is just around the corner.
